Caregiver Release & Restore Circle
Sam Adult Care is proud to share this community event created for caregivers — the very people who pour so much into the loved ones we serve.

A restorative space for caregivers who are carrying a lot and are ready to release, reset, and move forward with intention — through guided reflection, shared connection, and sensory support.
What to expect
- Sound bowl grounding experience with Sounds by Shalesha
- Guided reflection prompts
- Optional group sharing in a supportive environment
- Emotional release and reset practices
- Custom aromatherapy from Goddesstry Scents to support your restoration
- A takeaway kit: personalized fragrance oil, affirmation card, keepsake & reflection prompt

Space is intimate: limited to 10–15 caregivers, so registration is required.
